Refund policy
If you have any issue with your perishable product(s) or your shipment you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our products, they cannot be returned. We will refund or replace a package that was not delivered or was delivered in bad condition upon claim approval from the shipping carrier. After filing a claim with shipper, there are no guarantees that the claim will be approved based on the policies of the shipping carrier. The claims process can take up to 7-14 business days sometimes longer depending on certain situations or circumstances. The best way to start this process is to call or email floridabluecrab@gmail.com or call into customer service at 386-256-4861. You will need your first and last name, your order number, a description of the issue. We may ask you to submit pictures if applicable.Â
