Small- 1 lobster tail, 1 beef smoked sausage, 2 half pieces of sweet corn on the cob, 2 red potatoes, wedged, and 2 hard boiled eggs.
Medium- 2 lobster tails, 2 sausage, 4 potatoes, 4 corn, 4 eggs.
Large- 4 lobster tails, 4 sausage, 6 corn, 6 potatoes, 6 eggs.
