Our yellow tail snapper is one of the many great tasting fish that Florida has to offer. Similar to red snapper, these fish are very mild in flavor and very tender upon cooking. This versatile fish can be steamed, grilled, baked, or fried with your favorite spices. Sold individually as a whole fish frozen. The fish is already scaled, gutted, and de-gilled. Average size is approximately 2 pounds per fish.
